WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Sales Development Associate plays a key role in driving new business by qualifying and nurturing potential attorney and law firm relationships. This role supports the sales team by identifying prospects and suspects, conducting research, initiating outreach, and building a strong pipeline of new clientele that may benefit from our 3D visualization services.
Successful candidates are confident communicators and provide effective strategies in client relations that will leave meaningful first impressions of our services and company. This role requires close collaboration with the sales team and marketing team. The ability to collaborate effectively is imperative to drive new business. The ideal Sales Development Associate will work efficiently and proactively, executing outreach initiatives with precision to help support clients in achieving their goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research potential law firms and litigation practices that would utilize our services.
- Research current cases that could lead to new clients and relationships with firms.
- Develop a strong understanding of case needs and pain points clients may be facing.
- Conduct outbound calls to identify strong leads and ensure alignment with what we have to offer the client to best support their current needs.
- Initiate and foster relationships with attorneys through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other communication channels.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients by scheduling meetings and regular touch points.
- Schedule discovery calls and strengthen relationships with new leads.
- Research case material to help assure accurate scopes and budgets are being provided to clients.
- Assist the Visual Consultant in creating the scope for projects by providing insights to the sales team.
- Provide visuals for the sales team that support the ideal project for the client.
- Liaison between the client and the sales team to streamline communication.
- Assist clients in a timely fashion to avoid any lapses in response time.
- Ensure successful and seamless hand-offs of leads to the sales team.
- Maintain and update records with accurate contact information and communication history.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and messaging.
- Track lead performance metrics and provide weekly pipeline updates.
- Support creation of targeted campaigns using market research and industry data.
- Stay informed on legal industry trends and trial technology needs to enhance lead generation efforts.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development preferred (legal industry experience is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort engaging with attorneys and legal professionals.
- Experience using CRM platforms preferred.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) desired.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and tasks.

- $55,000 annually.
